JSE-listed iron-ore producer Kumba Iron Ore (KIO) increased its production by 14% year-on-year to 9,3-million tons for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. However, this was a 2% quarter-on-quarter decline, the Anglo American subsidiary reported on Thursday. Read more….
