Rockwell seeks up to C$10m in rights offering, private placement combo

Vancouver-based Rockwell Diamonds is in the processing of securing purchase commitments to raise about C$7-million to C$10-million, likely through a combination rights offering and private placement.
The funds will be used to strengthen the company’s balance sheet, settle short-term debt and to boost production and implement cost saving initiatives at the company’s three operating mines in South Africa.
