Recycled gold ‘main supply’ for Bangladesh

Bangladesh's jewellery industry relies primarily on recycled gold to provide the bullion needed to create new items, reports the Daily Star.
According to the publication, the main source of the precious metal in the country is drawn from previous creations which are melted down and returned to a usable raw state.
