Silver Ends Weeek with 48-Cent Gain

It was a positive week for precious metals. London silver ended higher for the third consecutive week, closing to $13.37 an ounce. The metal climbed 48 cents for a 3.7 percent rise over last’s Friday’s close of $12.89.
